A Space That Wins You Over at First Sight: White-and-Wood Kitchen with Peninsula
White and wood: a combination with character
In this Kúbica Home y LivingPino project, the white worktop and the wood cabinetry create a warm, contemporary kitchen where each material finds its place.
The veined stone worktop becomes one of the standout elements. Its texture adds movement to the overall design and creates a natural contrast with the understated cabinetry, reinforcing the character of a kitchen where materials speak for themselves.
A peninsula that connects spaces
The peninsula organizes the kitchen and creates a natural transition to the rest of the room. Its generous surface extends the work area and creates a place to sit, turning it into a meeting point that connects the kitchen with the life happening around it.
Unlike a freestanding island, this configuration maintains a direct relationship with the cabinetry and makes better use of the available layout. The result is an open, connected, comfortable kitchen, where each area is defined without losing visual continuity.
Light to highlight every detail
Integrated LED lighting complements the composition and provides different light levels depending on the needs of the space. Lighting under the upper shelves enhances the work area, while the light built into the plinth creates a warmer atmosphere when the kitchen becomes a space for sharing.
The wood-and-glass display cabinet also introduces a decorative, display element. Books, ceramics, and personal objects turn storage into a small display area and help the kitchen reflect the home’s personality.
A kitchen where materials, light, and layout find the balance to make everyday life feel special.
