In the heart of the Costa del Sol, just a few metres from the sea, Lar Bay presents a residential complex designed to enjoy the Mediterranean setting, with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. A project of this scale calls for solutions that can adapt to different spaces, layouts, and needs.
At Pino, we took part in the project with the design, manufacture, and installation of all the kitchens in the homes, ensuring each one integrates naturally into its space and brings functionality and quality to the residential development.
Flexibility to Create High-Quality Spaces
One of the main challenges was responding to the variety of layouts across the development. Pino’s in-house production capacity and flexibility made it possible to develop different configurations: from open-plan kitchens integrated with the living room to separate kitchens, linear layouts, or island designs.
This adaptability makes it possible to maintain consistent quality and manufacturing standards, while ensuring each kitchen responds to the specific features of its home.
Every Kitchen Is Unique
Personalisation was another key element of the project. Future owners could choose from different door models, opening systems, finishes, and worktops, resulting in kitchens with their own identity within the same residential development.
The goal was not to create identical kitchens, but to offer a system capable of maintaining overall coherence while also allowing each home to have a solution tailored to its needs and preferences.
A Contract Project That Continues After Installation
In a residential project of this scale, coordination and responsiveness are just as important as manufacturing. Follow-up by Pino’s team made it possible to manage the project’s needs and resolve any issues that arose during the process, strengthening a working relationship built on coordination and ongoing support.

What warranty does Pino offer on its products?
At Pino we offer up to 7 years of extended commercial warranty on our kitchens and bathrooms, in addition to the applicable statutory warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the operation and use of the products.
When a component, unit, or element is recognized as defective after the corresponding inspection, Pino commits to its repair or replacement, as appropriate, with another of equal characteristics or, if it has been discontinued, with the most similar product available.
This extended warranty requires activation by the customer or distributor.
What influences the price of a kitchen?
The size of the kitchen, the type of furniture, the finishes, the countertop, the opening systems, the interior storage, and the appliances are some of the elements that determine the final budget.
Does Pino create laundry area or laundry room projects coordinated with the kitchen?
Yes. At Pino, we can integrate the laundry area or laundry room into the kitchen project, either in the same room or in a separate space, while maintaining a consistent design line, materials, and finishes. We design storage and organisation solutions tailored to the space, including areas for a washing machine and dryer, drawers, and auxiliary units.
This way, the kitchen and laundry area can be part of the same project, with a coordinated aesthetic and solutions designed to make everyday life easier.
