Due to the COVID-19 pandemics, the PINO kitchens and vanities team is facing an unprecedented challenge, and we have been forced to tackle a new situation: How can we, as a business and as a community, continue operations in such exceptional circumstances, setting safety and health as our top priorities for our employees and clients.

Farther in order to be closer than ever before

For some weeks we have worked at PINO in an entirely digital manner. The plant’s activity has been temporarily stopped following the orders of the State of Alarm decreed by the Government. Part of our office team has been working from home, and our client and distributor service has been maintained without any interruption.

We have reinforced our communication in social media, producing and sharing new contents in order to stay closer to our clients and friends than ever before.

Return to activity: Health is our most important value.

We have official resumed our activity on the 11th May. We have put in place a protocol of measures to be implemented following the health indications of the Ministry of Health and the Central Government in order to guarantee the health of our employees and clients, and provide the best possible service.

We have sent newsletters to clients, distributors and employees to keep everyone updated on the measures we have implemented. We have shared our occupational health and safety guidelines, and we have sent to our distributors a communication package with recommendations on COVID-19 that you can get in our download area clicking here.

During this transitional period, we have adapted our opening hours, which will be from 8:00 until 14:00 hours, Monday to Friday.

The world is experiencing an unprecedented situation. We are well aware of the challenges and difficulties we are facing now; however, we also feel that it is our responsibility as a family business to look into the future with the same passion and values we have shared since our origins.
