Space-Embracing: A Wooden Kitchen
Private Residence Kitchen
Location: Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville, Spain
Kitchen and Interior Design Project: Félix Trigo
Wood: The Kitchen’s Unifying Element
Wood is the main protagonist of this kitchen. Its finish brings warmth and character to a composition of simple lines, while black handles introduce a contrasting element that reinforces its personality.
The wooden fronts extend along the entire perimeter, from the base units to the high-capacity columns, creating a continuous and welcoming aesthetic. The result is a kitchen that naturally integrates into a warm and inviting interior.
U-Shaped Layout: Maximizing Space
The U-shaped configuration makes the most of the three available walls, concentrating the kitchen’s various functions within them. Work zones are distributed around the room, leaving the center clear and facilitating movement.
Capacity Without Compromising Lightness
The side columns significantly increase storage capacity, also integrating appliances within the composition. The base units complete the ensemble with drawers and modules that keep the work area organized.
Despite its capacity, the kitchen maintains an uncluttered appearance thanks to the continuity of the fronts and the combination of wood and white. A solution designed to utilize every corner without losing the sense of balance.
A kitchen where wood is its distinctive element and the U-shaped layout is its way of maximizing space. Warm, functional, and designed to make cooking comfortable from any point.

Does Pino create laundry area or laundry room projects coordinated with the kitchen?
Yes. At Pino, we can integrate the laundry area or laundry room into the kitchen project, either in the same room or in a separate space, while maintaining a consistent design line, materials, and finishes.
